Please review our policies to ensure a pleasant stay for you and other guests.

📋 Booking Requirements

  • Full Payment Required

    Complete payment is received in Nigerian Naira (Bank Transfer or POS card payments only) to confirm your reservation.

  • Valid Government-Issued ID Required

    All guests must provide a valid government-issued ID (Passport, Driver's License, or NIN) for verification during check-in. The primary guest must be 18 years or older.

  • Security Deposit (Caution Fee)

    A refundable security deposit of ₦50,000 is required to cover damages, breakages, missing items (up to ₦50,000), and excessive cleaning. Refundable within 24 hours after check-out if no deductions apply.

👥 Maximum Guest Occupancy

To ensure comfort and safety, please adhere to the following maximum occupancy limits:

2-Bedroom Apartment

4 Guests

Maximum of 4 guests (up to 6 for family bookings with kids).

1-Bedroom Apartment

2 Guests

Maximum of 2 guests (up to 4 for family bookings with kids).

Any unauthorized guest or visitor may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund and forfeiture of the caution fee.

🚫 Guest Conduct Rules

No Smoking Indoors

Smoking (including vaping) is strictly prohibited inside apartments and on balconies. Designated smoking is allowed ONLY in the Lounge. Violation attracts a ₦50,000 penalty.

Quiet Hours

Quiet Hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Disruptive, abusive, or unlawful behaviour may result in immediate eviction without refund.

No Parties or Events

Parties, events, or commercial activities are NOT permitted in apartments or premises without prior written approval. Lounge is for relaxation, not parties.

Pets Strictly Prohibited

Pets are not allowed. Violation attracts a ₦100,000 fine and immediate termination of stay.

Visitor & Security Policy

Guests must report to reception for visitor clearance. Re-entry after 11:30 PM is not guaranteed and may be restricted for safety.

⚠️ Damage Policy

The refundable ₦50,000 caution fee covers:

  • Damage or breakages
  • Missing items with value ₦50,000 or below
  • Excessive cleaning beyond normal use

How It Works:

The deposit is refundable within 24 hours after check-out, provided no deductions are required. Where deductions apply, supporting evidence (photos, invoices) will be provided. Additional fines apply if damages exceed the initial fee.

Check-in

Standard time: 3:00 PM

Have your ID ready (Passport, Driver's License, or NIN).

Check-out

Standard time: 12:00 PM

Late check-outs beyond the stipulated time may attract prorated deductions from the caution fee.

↩️ Cancellations & Refunds

  • 2 days or more before check-in: Attracts a full payment refund.
  • 1–2 days before check-in: 50% of the booking cost will be forfeited.
  • Less than 24 hours before check-in: No refund.
  • No-Show: Amount may be reused for a one-time rescheduled stay (subject to availability and 6-month limit).
