By accessing and using the PAZO Apartments website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. This includes our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on PAZO Apartments' website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

PAZO Apartments has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by PAZO Apartments of the site.

We use third-party services such as Google Analytics to analyze site traffic and Paystack for payment processing. By using our site, you acknowledge that these services have their own terms and privacy policies which you should review.

PAZO Apartments may revise these terms of service for the website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kwara State, Nigeria, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

9. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be confirmed by full payment. No booking is considered confirmed until full payment has been received. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other payment platforms as specified on our website.

10. Identification Requirements

All guests must provide a valid government-issued identification document at check-in. Acceptable documents include passports, driver's licenses, national ID cards, and similar official government-issued photo IDs. This requirement is mandatory for security and verification purposes.

11. Occupancy Limits

Each apartment has a maximum occupancy limit based on its size and amenities:

  • 2-Bedroom Apartments: Maximum 4 guests
  • 1-Bedroom Apartments: Maximum 2 guests

Exceeding the occupancy limit may result in additional charges or immediate cancellation of the booking without refund.

12. Damage and Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the apartment or its contents during their stay. Damage includes but is not limited to:

  • Broken or damaged furniture and fixtures
  • Damage to appliances and electronic devices
  • Stains or damage to walls, floors, and furnishings
  • Broken windows, doors, or door locks
  • Missing items from the apartment
  • Damage resulting from negligence or improper use

All damage charges will be assessed at checkout and deducted from the guest's payment method on file. Charges will reflect the actual cost of repair or replacement.

13. House Rules and Guest Conduct

Guests agree to comply with all house rules and policies as outlined in the House Rules page. These include but are not limited to smoking restrictions, noise level requirements, and prohibition of unauthorized gatherings. Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund.

14. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made according to the specific cancellation policy provided at the time of booking. Refunds are processed according to the cancellation policy in effect at the time the booking was made. Full details are provided during the booking process on each platform.

15. Third-Party Bookings

When booking through third-party platforms such as Airbnb or Booking.com, all applicable terms and policies of those platforms also apply in addition to these terms of use.

16. Email Communications and Consent

Transactional Emails: By creating an account with PAZO Apartments, you consent to receive transactional emails related to your bookings, account management, and service updates. These emails are essential for conducting business with you and will be sent regardless of your marketing preferences.

Marketing Communications: During registration, you will have the option to opt-in to receive promotional emails and marketing updates about PAZO Apartments. Opting in is entirely voluntary. If you do not check the marketing consent box, you will only receive transactional emails.

Unsubscribe Rights: You can opt-out of marketing communications at any time by:

  • Clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email
  • Updating your communication preferences in your account settings at /settings/notifications

We will process unsubscribe requests within 7 days. PAZO Apartments is committed to compliance with Resend's Acceptable Use Policy and applicable email marketing regulations.
